BOOK SUMMARY
When all his efforts to find a sweetheart fail, Mortimer the zombie decides to place an ad in the newspaper.
FROM FRONT JACKET FLAP
Mortimer is looking for love. And he's looking everywhere! He's worked out at the gym (if only his arm wouldn't keep falling off). He's tried dance lessons (but the ladies found him to be a bit stiff). He's even been on stalemate.com. How's a guy suppose to find a ghoul?
When it seems all hope has died, could the girl of Mortimer's dreams be just one horrifying shriek away?
Bestselling author Kelly DiPucchio and illustrator Scott Campbell raise the dead in a hilarious tale of finding love where you least expect it.

If only his arms wouldn't keep falling off - funny!
This is a very funny book based on the excerpt, Susanne. Thanks for spotlighting it.
By the way, my spouse Kathy won a silver award from Children's Literary Classics Awards for "Sh Sh Sh Let the Baby Sleep". Of course I am immensely proud of her.
Almost emailed you last night to see if you were watching the program on TV about zombies. Yes, they were actually doing a documentary on groups in Jamaica that believe there is such a thing as the Living Dead. I didn't end up watching. Got writing and completely lost track of time.
Hi, Alex! I know. Poor Mortimer. His arms keep falling off. Thanks for stopping by!
Hi, Anthony! It's a cute, funny book. CONGRATS to Kathy! That is awesome.
Hi, Joylene. No, I missed the documentary. I didn't even get to see the season 3 premiere for The Walking Dead. Fell asleep about 45 minutes before it came on. : ( Good thing I set it up to record!
Joylene, did you get my email that I need your mailing address to send you the prize you won last week? I sent a second email a little while ago.
That sounds so cute!
OMG! The cover is GREAT!
How cute is that? Love it!
Sounds like so much fun! :)
Mortimer: best zombie name ever!
