Towards the end of 2012 I found myself unfocused and unsure of where I was going with my writing or if I really wanted to continue with it. I feel these basic goals are a step in the right direction of getting myself back on track.
If you'd like to see what my personal and health-related goals are for 2013, please stop by From the Market to the Plate to check them out.
Happy New Year!

Those are some intense goals! I wish you luck...
Interestingly, I am also in the market for a critique partner, but I am not sure I can keep up with you :)
Great goals. I hope to submit more too. I spent 2012 writing, now it's time to get down to business. Happy New Year!
Those are great goals! Cheers to a great 2013!
You have a plan and none of those goals sound out of reach.
Don't ever give up, Suzanne. With goals like those, you're destined to become published one day!

You have definite goals and you wrote them down - you're off to a great start.
Hi, Shauna. I don't know about the keeping up with me part. I feel like I'm the one who has a hard time keeping up with everyone else!
Hi, Stacy. I hope 2013 is an awesome year for both of us. : )
Hi, Alexia. Thanks! Happy New Year!
Hi, Alex. Hopefully 2013 is the year I finally make things happen.
Hi, Donna. Thanks for your support. Happy New Year!
Hi, Diane. Thanks and Happy New Year!
I've learned the only person holding me back at times is me--or my characters. I'm a fulltime writer now that I'm retired. I also edit part-time for a small ePub. Your goals sound doable. My goal is to become stronger at my writing. Since the learning curve of a good writer is continual, my goal is ongoing. Good luck in 2013!
Joining a group is very important. My Yahoo! Writers group has offered advice and guidance I could not have done on my own.
Best wishes to you Susanne and have a great 2013!
Impressive goals, Susanne. You can do it! Happy New Year!
Great advice Susanne. i think we all become a bit unfocused near the end of the year. It's a time of busy events, and holidays crowding our intentions to focus. Wishing you many blessings in 2013.
Hi, Vonnie. I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to my writing.
Hi, Stephen. I'll have to check out what Yahoo groups are available. Thanks!
Hi, Joylene. Thanks for believing in me. Happy New Year!

Totally achievable! Good luck!! :)
Wow, those are awesome goals! I still need to write down goals for myself.
You can do it, Susanne. Wishing you a prosperous 2013 and lots of successes.
Wonderful big goals -- go for it!
And a critique group is a fabulous idea.
Hi, LTM! Thanks for the encouragement. : )
Hi, Lynda! I thought weekly writing goals would be easier to work with. I can take a day or two off, if need be, and write more the other days. We'll see how it works.
Hi, Margo! Thanks and be my guess, if you want to copy my list. : )
